For over ten years, we have been making city life easier for tenants and property owners. Milanolocare was born as a local reality, grew as an urban community, and today translates its values into measurable actions for a more equitable, sustainable, and humane way of living in Milan. This Charter defines our commitments to the environment, people, and community, with verifiable objectives and transparent governance. It is not a symbolic document: it is an operational plan, updated annually and open to collaboration with those who live and work with us.

1. Environment & Paperless ♻

Commitment
Reduce the environmental impact of our activities and promote sustainable practices in the properties we manage.

  • Contracts, signatures, and receipts exclusively digital.
  • Check-in/out and photographic inventories online.
  • “Living Well (and Green) in Milan” brochure delivered to every new tenant with instructions for waste separation and neighborhood environmental services.
  • Cleaning with certified eco-friendly products (Ecolabel) and reusable materials.

Return value to the territory by adopting and maintaining public or shared green spaces.

  • Selection criteria: merit, community engagement, concrete project.

  • Progressive extension to new neighborhoods by 2026.

4. Linguistic and Cultural Accessibility 🌍
